WATAUGA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
SPECIAL MEETING, TUESDAY, MAY 29, 2007
The Watauga County Board of Commissioners held a budget work session on Tuesday, May 29, 2007, in the Commissioners’ Conference Room, Watauga County Administration Building. Those present were: Chairman Deal, Vice-Chairman Winkler, Commissioner Cooper, Commissioner Kinsey, Commissioner Moretz, County Manager Nelson, Assistant County Manager Geouque, and Finance Director Isaacs.
Chairman Deal called the meeting to order at 5:05 P.M.
The Board reviewed requests from several internal departments as well as multiple outside agencies.
CLOSED SESSION
At 6:02 P.M., Commissioner Kinsey, seconded by Commissioner Moretz, moved to enter Closed Session to discuss Economic Development, per G. S. 143-318.11(a)(4).

Commissioner Cooper, seconded by Commissioner Kinsey, moved to resume the open meeting at 9:02 P.M.
