Howards Knob Park
Howard’s Knob Park is a passive, six-acre park located 4,396 feet above sea level atop Howard’s Knob Peak
The Park has a wooded picnic area, a picnic shelter, public restrooms, and a panoramic overlook of downtown Boone.
Howard’s Knob Park will soon undergo renovations to make the park accessible to all users. Improvements will include a new overlook, picnic shelter renovations, accessible trails, ADA parking, and a tranquility garden.
